Description
With their three daughters off to their freshman year of college, Emily, Kay, and Celeste each deal with their new-found freedom in a different way. Kay continues her teaching; Celeste decides to explore new male relationships; and Emily tries to revive her failing marriage. However, a near fatal accident involving her husband changes Kay's life. Celeste's new love interest is not what he appears, and Emily uncovers the truth about her husband's lost interest in their marriage, while at the same time is drawn to a recent widower who has rented the apartment above her garage. All three grow and change during this year of turmoil but remain friends as their lives take on new directions.
