Description
Charlie Goodwin is a high-profile celebrity chef and host of L.A.'s hottest reality baking show, Sweet and Salty. She and her co-host are in competition for a promotion, when a knock on the head causes Charlie to lose her sense of taste and smell. In comes Charlie's identical twin Cass, who runs their family's bakery a few hours outside of Los Angeles, in small-town Starlight Peak. The two agree to switch places for the holidays, so Cass can host the show and Charlie take over the bakery. Typical identity-swapping high jinks ensue, including various romantic misunderstandings: Cass has to outwit Charlie's sexist co-host while falling for sweet ER doctor Miguel, and Charlie finds herself fending off Cass's obnoxious ex-boyfriend and exploring a hot connection with firefighter Jake. As Christmas approaches, the sisters begin to question whether they can continue the deception without anyone's heart getting broken.
