Description
Army veteran Cameron Pope is back in Jubilee, Kentucky--the hometown he hasn't seen since he enlisted ten years ago. When his little niece is kidnapped, he and his bomb-sniffing dog, Ghost, race up Pope Mountain to find the little girl before it's too late. Cameron makes it back down the mountain and to the hospital in time to save her, but the ordeal reveals the threat of human traffickers within the mountain community, shattering the peace and tranquility they knew. And that's only the beginning when Cameron runs into Rusty Campbell again. Six years ago, they had a one-night stand, and now Cameron is shocked to find out that Rusty belongs to one of the rich hotel families in Jubilee. With the peace of their community in ruins, Cameron and Rusty will have to find a way to reunite both sides and take down the human trafficking ring if they're to have a chance at happiness.
