Description
Meredith Bellefontaine has recently reopened her late husband's investigation agency with her best friend and retired juvenile court judge, Julia Foley. Despite the anxiety that comes with starting a new business, leaving the comfort of her job as president of the historical society in Savannah, and recovering from a near-fatal heart attack. Meredith truly believes that this is God's next step for her life. Julia accidentally uncovers their very first case--a rusty key she finds in the dirt of an overgrown garden. When the partners find the lock that fits the key, they also discover items that are connected with a 64-year old unsolved case regarding the death of a young girl. As Meredith and Julia unearth clues and close in on a suspect, will someone's desperate attempts to keep this unsavory chapter of Savannah history buried stand in their way?
