Description
Now that Marty Preston rightfully owns his beloved dog, Shiloh, his problems are not over. Judd Travers, Shiloh's abusive former owner, is not reformed. In fact he is worse than before. Judd has taken up drinking. When Judd engages Marty's family in a row, Marty worries about Shiloh's safety. Then late one night Judd drunkenly drives his truck into a ditch and is badly injured. It is in helping to foster Judd's long recovery that Marty learns a great deal about people, how they can change, and perhaps ultimately be redeemed.
