Description
After a fatal bar fight, black ops agent Ben Treven finds himself serving an indefinite sentence in a Manila prison. There, Ben receives a visit from Colonel Scott Horton, who secures his release in exchange for a favor: he must track down and eliminate Daniel Larison, a former war buddy who is blackmailing the government with stolen CIA torture tapes. Getting to Daniel won't be easy, as a slew of mercenaries and a hit squad are also trying to get their hands on the tapes.
